Refund Policy

You can cancel at any time from your account settings, from the store where you subscribed, or by emailing sacredprayersuport@gmail.com. Cancelling stops future renewals; you keep access until the end of the period you already paid for.

Under the Brazilian Consumer Protection Code, purchases made online may be cancelled within 7 days of the purchase date for a full refund. Consumers in other regions may have similar statutory rights, which this policy does not limit.

If an automatic renewal charged you unexpectedly, contact us within 14 days of the charge and we will normally refund the current period, provided you have made little or no use of the Services since that renewal.

• Periods already substantially used, outside the cases above.
• Accounts suspended for breach of the Terms of Use or for fraudulent activity.
• Repeated refund requests for the same product that indicate abuse of this policy.

If you subscribed inside a mobile app, the App Store or Google Play processed the payment and their refund rules apply. Request the refund through Apple or Google directly — we are not able to issue refunds for those transactions. We're still happy to help you find the right form.

Approved refunds for purchases made on our website are issued through Stripe back to the original payment method. Stripe typically completes the transfer within 5–10 business days, though your bank or card issuer may take longer to display it. We do not issue refunds to a different card, account, or person.

Email sacredprayersuport@gmail.com from the address on your account with the purchase date, the app name, and a short description of the issue. We aim to reply within 2 business days.
