Terms of Use

You must be at least 16 years old, or the age of digital consent in your country, to use the Services. If you are under 18, you may only use the Services with the involvement of a parent or legal guardian.

You are responsible for keeping your account credentials confidential and for all activity that occurs under your account. Please notify us at sacredprayersuport@gmail.com if you believe your account has been used without your authorization.

Our apps provide devotional, prayer, audio, journaling, and wellness content intended for personal spiritual growth. The Services are provided for informational and devotional purposes only and are not a substitute for professional medical, psychological, or therapeutic advice, diagnosis, or treatment.

We may add, modify, or discontinue features at any time. Where a change materially reduces a paid feature you rely on, we will make reasonable efforts to notify you in advance.

Certain features are available only through a paid subscription or one-time purchase. Prices, billing periods, and included features are shown at the point of purchase.

Payments made through our website are processed by Stripe, Inc. as our payment processor. By submitting payment information, you also agree to Stripe's applicable terms, including the Stripe Services Agreement and Stripe's Privacy Policy. We do not receive or store your full card number, CVC, or bank credentials; that data is transmitted directly to Stripe and handled under PCI-DSS standards. Purchases made inside a mobile app may instead be processed by the Apple App Store or Google Play, under their own terms.

Automatic renewal. Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period at the then-current price, using your saved payment method, until you cancel. You authorize us and our payment processor to charge that payment method on a recurring basis.

Cancellation. You may cancel at any time from your account settings, through the store where you subscribed, or by emailing sacredprayersuport@gmail.com. Cancellation stops future charges; access continues until the end of the current paid period.

Failed payments, taxes, and price changes. If a charge fails, we may retry it and may suspend access until payment succeeds. Prices are exclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. We will give notice before any price increase takes effect, and you may cancel before it applies.

Chargebacks. If you believe a charge is incorrect, please contact us first — most issues are resolved quickly. We may suspend accounts associated with fraudulent charges or abusive chargeback activity.

Refunds are handled according to our Refund Policy. Where a purchase was made through the Apple App Store or Google Play, refunds are governed by that store's policies and must be requested through them.

We grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Services and their content for your own non-commercial devotional use.

You agree not to:

• copy, resell, redistribute, broadcast, or publicly perform our audio or written content;
• share, sublicense, or resell account access;
• reverse engineer, scrape, or attempt to bypass technical or payment restrictions;
• use the Services unlawfully, abusively, or in a way that harms other users or our systems;
• use the Services to launder funds, test stolen payment cards, or commit payment fraud.

Journal entries, notes, and other content you create remain yours. You grant us a limited license to store, process, and display that content solely to operate the Services for you. We do not sell your personal content.

The Services, including software, design, branding, audio recordings, narration, music, and written devotional material, are owned by Impact Mídia LTDA or its licensors and are protected by copyright and other laws. Scripture quotations remain subject to the rights of their respective publishers.

We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms, if required by law, or to protect the Services and other users. You may stop using the Services and delete your account at any time. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (including payment obligations, disclaimers, and limitation of liability) will survive.

The Services are provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, to the maximum extent permitted by law. We do not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that content will meet your expectations.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Impact Mídia LTDA will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost data, profits, or goodwill. Our total aggregate liability arising out of or relating to the Services is limited to the greater of the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months before the event giving rise to the claim, or USD 50.

Nothing in these Terms limits rights that cannot be limited under applicable consumer protection law, including the Brazilian Consumer Protection Code.

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will update the "Last updated" date above and, for material changes, provide additional notice. Continued use after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federative Republic of Brazil. Disputes will be submitted to the courts of the domicile of Impact Mídia LTDA, unless mandatory law grants you the right to bring a claim in your place of residence.
