To help us resolve things faster, include your account email, the app name, your device (iPhone, Android, or browser), and a screenshot when possible.

Trouble signing in? Use the "forgot password" option to receive a reset link, and check your spam folder. If your email address changed, write to us from the old address when you can, so we can verify the account safely.

You can cancel a subscription at any time from your account settings or through the store where you subscribed. Cancelling stops future renewals and keeps your access until the end of the paid period. For charges you don't recognize, contact us before opening a dispute — we can usually sort it out the same week.

If audio won't play, check your connection, make sure the app is updated to the latest version, and try closing and reopening it. Downloaded sessions play offline; if a download is stuck, delete it and download again over Wi-Fi.

To access, export, or delete your data, email sacredprayersuport@gmail.com from your account address. Our Privacy Policy explains what we collect and how long we keep it.
